At Online Surf Shop, we want to ensure you are completely stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
